How It Works

A Personal Referral — Not Anonymous Lead Routing

The process is intentionally simple.

1

Tell Me What You Need

Share where you need help, whether you’re buying or selling, the type of property, your timeframe, and what you’re trying to accomplish.

2

I Review Your Request

I consider the market, transaction type and information you provide to identify a real estate professional who appears appropriate for the situation.

3

I Make the Introduction

After the receiving professional accepts the referral and the appropriate brokerage arrangements are established, I connect you directly.

Referral Needs

Where Do You Need Help?

Referral requests can involve different markets, property types, transaction needs and specialized circumstances.

Buying a Home
Selling a Home
Buying & Selling
Relocation
Residential Property
Vacant Land
Investment Property
Commercial Real Estate
Southwest Florida
Other Florida Markets
Out-of-State Needs
Specialized Situations
Why a Referral?

Finding Agents Is Easy. Choosing One Is Harder.

Search engines and real estate websites can produce hundreds of names in seconds. That doesn’t necessarily tell you which professional makes sense for your particular situation.

I personally review the referral request and consider the location, transaction type and information you provide before identifying a potential receiving professional.

With your permission, relevant information is then shared with the selected professional or brokerage so they can respond to your request.

If I don’t have someone I’m comfortable referring for a particular situation, I’d rather tell you that than make a random introduction. — Dave Jones
Professional Network

Connect. Refer. Help People Move Forward.

I’m building relationships with real estate professionals and real-estate-related service providers so I have reliable contacts to reach out to when the right need comes along.

For Real Estate Professionals

Accept referrals in your market?

Share your market, practice area, specialties and contact information to be considered when I have a real estate referral that appears to fit your experience.

There is no charge to join. When I select an agent for a particular referral, my intent is to make a direct introduction rather than distribute the same customer to competing agents.

Join the Referral Directory

Inclusion does not guarantee referral opportunities. Any compensation associated with a specific real estate referral is established through the appropriate real estate brokerages.
For Service Providers

Serve homeowners or the real estate community?

Contractors, inspectors, lenders, title professionals, insurance providers, photographers, movers, cleaners, property managers, home-watch companies and other related businesses may submit a professional profile.

There is no charge to be included. The directory gives me a better way to keep track of who provides what services and where they work when someone asks for a resource.

Join the Service Provider Directory

Inclusion does not guarantee referrals, business or endorsement. No vendor referral fee or compensation is expected for directory inclusion or a service-provider introduction.
Wear more than one hat? Licensed real estate professionals who also own or operate a related service business may register in both directories.

About Dave

Local Roots. National Reach. Lasting Connections.

I’m a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate with Tall Pines Referrals, LLC and a Southwest Florida native. I previously worked full-time in residential real estate and have kept my Florida license active while my career has shifted back toward music and performance.

My current real estate activity is focused on referrals rather than directly representing buyers and sellers. This referral network is something I created to keep the professionals, markets, specialties and service providers I know organized so that when someone asks me for help, I have a better place to start.

My professional network also extends well beyond Southwest Florida. I spent roughly 15 years based in Nashville working in the music and entertainment industry, including more than a decade touring and recording with the platinum-selling rock band Sister Hazel . That career took me throughout the United States and internationally and allowed me to build relationships with people in a wide variety of markets and professions.

When someone needs real estate help, I can use those existing relationships — along with the professional network I’m continuing to build — to identify a licensed real estate professional whose market and experience appear appropriate for the situation.

The goal isn’t to maintain the largest possible list of names. It’s to build useful professional relationships so that when someone asks for help, I can make a more informed introduction.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Submit a Request

Is there a charge to submit a referral request?
No. There is no charge to submit a request or to have me make an introduction to a real estate professional.
Am I required to use the real estate professional you introduce?
No. An introduction does not obligate you to work with a particular agent or brokerage. You should decide whether the professional is a good fit for your needs.
Can you help outside Southwest Florida?
Yes. Depending on the market and the nature of the request, I may be able to identify a real estate professional elsewhere in Florida or outside the state.
What if I already have a real estate agent?
Please let me know. Existing brokerage and agency relationships should be respected, and the referral process may not be appropriate if you are already working with a real estate professional for the same transaction.
Will my information be sent to multiple agents?
That is not the intent of this referral system. I personally review the request and look for a potential receiving professional whose market and experience appear to fit the situation rather than distributing the same customer as a general lead to competing agents.
What happens to the information I submit?
The information is used to evaluate and facilitate your referral request. With your permission, relevant information may be shared with the selected real estate professional and/or brokerage so they can respond to your request. It is not sold or distributed as a general lead.
